Returns

Due to the nature of our made-to-order service, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a problem with your order or if the items are received damaged from our side. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us via our support email at support@doobidays.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and provide details and photographic evidence of the problem. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.

Refunds (if applicable)

If your return is approved due to a manufacturing defect or damage from our side, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 14 days to process, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We do not provide refunds for any shipping costs incurred for returning your item. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged shipments.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our manufacturing process. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us with details of the issue.
